We’ve removed HQ‑only restrictions from key AI Chat configuration features—so every authenticated user can tailor their chat experience and move faster.

What's New

  • Filterable Attributes Configuration
    • Choose which product attributes your AI Chat can use to filter results (e.g., price, color, category, size, brand).
    • Give shoppers precise, on‑topic answers by aligning filters with the way your catalog and customers actually behave
  • Features Tab
    • Toggle available chat features on/off directly from the interface.
    • Quickly test, iterate, and tailor the chat to your goals without submitting internal requests.

Previously, these settings required HQ access. Now, every authenticated user can customize AI Chat to better serve their customers.
