We’ve completed a full rewrite of the Clerk.io main dashboard.
This update isn’t just a technical improvement — it delivers clearer performance context, more actionable insights, and proactive guidance when there’s room to grow.
The result: a faster, cleaner dashboard that helps you understand how well you’re really performing — and what to do next.
What’s New
Percentile-Based Performance Comparisons
The comparison table now shows percentile rankings for each key KPI.
Instead of only seeing raw percentages, you can now immediately understand:
- How your store performs relative to other Clerk.io customers
- Whether a metric puts you in the top 10%, top 20%, or bottom segments
- Where your biggest growth opportunities actually are
This gives your metrics real context — not just numbers, but meaning.
“Talk to an Expert” Growth Advisor Banner
If your store falls into the bottom 20th percentile for:
- Basket Size, or
- Conversion Rate
You’ll now see a proactive banner at the top of the dashboard with a direct link to book time with your Growth Advisor.
No digging. No guessing.
Just a clear signal and an easy next step to unlock more value from your setup.
Fixes & Improvements
Alongside the rewrite, we’ve made several refinements:
- Fixed number formatting issues in the comparison table
- Improved visual consistency and spacing
- Minor UI polish across the dashboard as part of the Vue migration
These changes make the dashboard easier to scan, easier to trust, and more pleasant to use daily.
Compatibility
This update is fully backward compatible.
- All existing dashboard routes continue to work
- Links with date parameters behave exactly as before
- No action is required from your side
