Clerk Chat just got even smarter when it comes to handling customer order questions. With parcel data now visible directly in my.clerk.io, you can easily browse every shipment linked to your orders—making support faster, clearer, and more efficient.


What’s new

A big part of what makes Clerk’s chat product efficient for customer support is its ability to automatically reply to order status questions.

Customers often want to know:

  • Has my package been sent?
  • Where is it in transit?
  • When will it arrive?

Now, because you can sync parcel data to Clerk, the chat can access this information and provide accurate, real-time answers automatically.

We’ve also made it easier than ever for you to browse the parcel data yourself.
Inside my.clerk.io → Data → Parcels, you’ll now find a complete list of all parcel records synced to Clerk—including:

  • Which order IDs they’re associated with
  • Detailed tracking links
  • Status details and other shipment information

Clicking a parcel opens a detailed view showing everything Clerk knows about that shipment—from tracking updates to delivery status. You’ll also see connected parcels right on each order page, giving you a full overview of every order and shipment in one place.

Why it matters

With full visibility into parcel data, you can:

  • Quickly verify shipment information when customers reach out
  • Reduce back-and-forth with support teams
  • Ensure that Clerk Chat can give instant, accurate responses to order questions

How to get started

  1. Log in to my.clerk.io
  2. Go to Data → Parcels
  3. Explore your parcel records and click into any entry for details
  4. Cross-reference parcels directly from each order page

That’s it—your parcel data is now easy to browse, track, and connect across Clerk.
